The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Key Account Director to join its team.

Job Description:
  • This role will involve building and managing relationships with key clients across the hospitality and external sectors, developing a deep understanding of their needs, and tailoring solutions to enhance business value.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in key account management, sales, and business development, with a proven track record of growing business within the KSA and MENA region.
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regional business culture and practices are essential for this role.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in key account management or sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in business development, sales purchasing, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and growing business within KSA and the MENA region.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
