Job Summary:

This role drives revenue growth through exhibition stands, sponsorship, and branding opportunities for established brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue generation efforts, achieving sales targets for exhibition stands and sponsorship packages.
  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorships to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage overseas sales agents, driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales figures, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new leads and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with associations and organizations to secure support and drive revenue growth.
  • Attend industry events to connect with clients and prospects, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Optimize exhibitor sales collections with the accounts department.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales management and account handling.
  • Prior experience in events or exhibitions is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with construction products or services is an asset.
  • Experience in the Middle East market is essential.
  • Arabic proficiency is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across multiple mediums.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious individual, able to drive results.
  • Ability to work towards KPIs to drive sales and revenue growth.
