Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our business growth and market expansion in the Central region of Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing new business opportunities in this key market. You will work closely with our engineering department to provide effective and skillful product presentations and proposals to customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients. Additionally, you will coordinate technical solutions and maintain positive relationships with key clients, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive business success. Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with strong expertise in the construction and formwork industry. You should have at least 5 years' sales management experience in Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to sell and negotiate effectively. You will also need strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in modern IT tools, CRM systems, and communication technologies is also required. Fluency in English is necessary, with proficiency in Arabic being a strong advantage. Finally, you will need to be a self-starter, capable of working unsupervised and contributing to a multicultural environment.
