Job Description

You will be managing daily sales activities, coaching your team to deliver to their full potential, hitting personal and team sales goals, creating and implementing sales plans, producing and reviewing monthly reports, and developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts. You will also be responsible for driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites, and banquet halls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in marketing or a related field, four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends, and must speak local language(s). Other languages are preferred.
