About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salon Hostess to join our team at WALSER GmbH & Co. KG. As a Salon Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Clients

Ensure that all clients are greeted warmly and welcomed to our salon. This includes checking them in, making them feel at ease, and providing them with a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Manage the Salon Floor

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and controlling consumption and hygiene.

Assist Team Members and Clients

Provide support to our team members and clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and products.

Upsell Service Enhancements

Identify opportunities to upsell service enhancements to our clients, including recommending additional treatments and products.

Communicate with Senior Management

Communicate with senior management to ensure that all operational activities are running smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Requirements
  • High Energy and Flexibility

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with your schedule.

Friendly and Approachable

Have a friendly and approachable demeanor and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and team members.

Excellent Communication Skills

Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Computer Literate

Be computer literate and have experience with databases and desktop publishing.

Business Administration Certificate

Have a Business Administration certificate or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales and Customer Service Training

Have sales and customer service training and experience.

International Standard Spa Experience

Have at least one year of experience as a Salon Hostess in an international standard spa.
