About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Hostess to join our team at Izzat Marji Group. As a Salon Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Welcome and Check-in: Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our salon.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all bookings are checked in advance and that the salon is ready for each day.
  3. Staff Management: Ensure that all staff are delegated their job assignments and tasks are completed on time, as per checklists.
  4. Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guest queries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  5. Product Knowledge: Be highly knowledgeable of all salon offerings and prices, consistently promoting products and services and reaching targets assigned for Hostess.
  6. Cash Handling: Ensure accuracy in transactions of all payment methods from clients, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
  7. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining adequate and accurate inventory levels, and assist in product ordering process by checking existing products.
  8. Salon Maintenance: Monitor the quality of the interior of the salon, reporting any maintenance issues to the manager.
  9. Team Support: Effectively communicate with all employees within the salon, and be of support to their roles.

  3. Productivity: Utilize working hours productively, and assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support.
  4. Professionalism: Apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times.
  5. Technical Skills: Computer literate (mid-advanced level), including databases, and telephone system operations.
  6. Language: English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Business Administration Certificate: Business Administration/Personal Assistant/Secretary Certificate an advantage.
  2. Sales and Customer Service Training: Sales and/or customer service training an advantage.
Work Experience

One (1) year Salon Hostess experience in an international standard spa.
