Job Description

BUSEET is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Hostess to join our team. As a Salon Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Services: Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
  2. Salon Operations: Ensure the salon is ready for operation at the start of each day, including checking bookings and preparing necessary materials.
  3. Team Support: Assist team members with their tasks and responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  4. Booking and Scheduling: Make bookings and manage the appointment schedule, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Guest Communication: Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  6. Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about all salon offerings and prices, promoting products and services to guests as needed.
  7. Cash Handling: Handle cash sales and transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures.
  8. Inventory Management: Assist with maintaining adequate inventory levels and ordering products as needed.
  9. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of the salon's interior and report any maintenance issues to management.
  10. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: One year of experience as a Salon Hostess in an international standard spa.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Education: Business Administration or Personal Assistant/Secretary Certificate an advantage.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems, including databases and desktop publishing.

  1. Articulate Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and team members.
  3. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
