Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing strategies across the Middle East region, with a focus on government tenders in KSA and/or the GCC region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working on marketing campaigns, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in English and Arabic. You will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as a self-starter attitude and ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop a thorough understanding of the firm's practices, lawyers, and client base, with a primary focus on the Middle East.
  • To coordinate and implement marketing strategies across the Middle East region, with a focus on government tenders in KSA and/or the GCC region.
  • To provide support to the regional offices in drafting pitches, proposals, and RFPs by identifying relevant content, editing existing content, and formatting drafts.
  • To coordinate and draft submissions for practice and attorney rankings, surveys, and awards.
  • To assist with PR support, including drafting press releases, internal and external communication, client updates, and other communication.
  • To maintain content for regional social media sites including drafting posts and captions for posting.
  • To provide event support including preparing event materials and conference book ads.
  • To assist in planning and executing client events, seminars, and webinars, including drafting invitations, maintaining registration lists, coordinating logistical arrangements, liaising with event vendors, and providing on-site support, as needed.
  • To support attorney onboarding and integration.
  • To collaborate with marketing professionals throughout the firm, including the communications team, marketing research team, RFP team, events team, and creative teams across a number of functions on an as-needed basis.
  • To support Client Relationship Managers, Shareholders, and Marketing Managers with day-to-day tasks including scheduling internal team meetings, requesting client-focused research, updating activity reports, and reviewing other client-related news and data.
  • To work with marketing research team to gather research and analysis on targets, industries, and judges, as needed for business development purposes.
  • To maintain mailing lists, spreadsheet creation and tracking, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • To provide back-up services to the marketing department on an as-needed basis.
  • To assist with and manage a variety of short- and long-term projects and attorney requests.
  • To collaborate with marketing and other business professionals throughout the firm across functions and teams.
