Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Manager to join our Smart Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing small, medium, and large projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Control and Monitoring: Oversee project control and monitoring, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage project cash flow, handle monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting for projects, including deviation analysis.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and guide commercial project managers, collaborate with project managers on claim management, and lead project-related monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Contribute to budget planning and monitoring, maintain general financial information in the respective information system, and provide data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the unit.
  • Financial Support: Provide general qualified support for Finance Professionals and Finance Management, perform standardized checks on supplier and/or customer contracts, and file respective information.
Requirements
  • Education: CPA, CMA, or equivalent degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing medium and large projects both POC and CCM.
  • Certifications: CPM/PMP Certification is preferable.
  • Skills: Strong accounting background with a business-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, strong analytical skills, and advanced knowledge in monitoring and managing balance sheet items.
