Job Summary
A career-defining opportunity has emerged at Arbete Careers for a seasoned Corporate Support Professional. This role is a critical component of our Riyadh-based RHQ, responsible for driving corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between departments, maintaining accurate financial records, and fostering effective communication within the organization.

About the Role
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial legislation, and corporate laws in Saudi Arabia. With a minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate governance or a similar role, you will be expected to manage various corporate functions, including finance, human resources, and internal communications. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing financial transactions, processing payments, and generating financial reports.
  • Coordinating with departments to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, updating salary information, and managing local health and social insurance.
  • Liaising with legal and regulatory authorities to manage licensing, permits, and registrations.
  • Assisting in budgeting and financial tracking activities for the RHQ.

Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a general corporate field.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate governance or a similar role in multinational companies.
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of bookkeeping software, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a deadline-oriented environment, and multitask effectively.
