Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming calls, responding to patient inquiries, and providing administrative support to our medical team.

About the Role
  • Receiving and responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Providing administrative support to doctors and other medical staff
  • Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating clinic schedules
  • Following up with patients to confirm appointments and respond to concerns

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of SAR 15,000 - 20,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
