Tahaluf, a leading B2B Live and On Demand Events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is expanding its operations at an unprecedented pace. To support this growth, we are seeking an exceptional Conference Support professional to join our ambitious team.

About the Role

  • Assist in managing conference-related data using Excel, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to speakers, content/logistics vendors, and event expenses.
  • Liaise with Informa's Public Relations Officer for accreditation and speaker permit requirements from government bodies and accreditation partners.
  • Create and maintain accreditation guides as per accreditation providers if applicable.
  • Digital event platform management: review front- and backend data for accuracy (conference programme, speaker details).
  • Upload conference content (conference programme, speaker details, whitepapers) on the digital event platform.
  • Provide general administrative support to the conference team as needed.

Requirements

  1. An Excel superstar with experience in v-lookups, pivot tables & financial reporting.
  2. Excellent communication skills, customer service, and IT skills such as Microsoft Office.
  3. Able to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work well in a team.
  4. Familiarity with CRM and organisational skills a plus.
