As a Commercial Director - FM Services at KEO INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Facilities Management sector in Saudi Arabia. With a focus on strategic business development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.

About the Role

You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies will be crucial to our success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading Facilities Management company in KSA and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, with at least 3 years in the Facilities Management industry is preferred. Your skills should include strong knowledge of FM services, including hard and soft services, excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
