Job Role

We're seeking a talented Relationship Manager to join our team, responsible for managing supplier relationships, expanding our product offerings, and driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain suppliers, ensuring they effectively utilize our platform.
  • Monitor supplier performance and provide targeted support to improve service levels.
  • Foster collaboration with suppliers to ensure sustained engagement and long-term presence on our platform.
  • Proactively address and resolve supplier issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Oversight of supplier payments to ensure timely and accurate transfers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Nationality: Saudi Arabian.
  • 1-3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex client issues.
