Sales and Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion and Solutions:
- Engage with customers and external stakeholders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to present our product offerings.
- Conduct calls to interact with potential clients, utilizing a provided database.
2. Customer Acquisition and Growth:
- Proactively identify and source new customers and projects through market research and networking within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Sales Quotation and Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed sales quotations for customer projects and tenders, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
4. Order Fulfillment and Logistics Coordination:
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer orders.
- Ensure prompt and clear communication with all departments to facilitate timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Monitor the status of orders and provide regular updates to customers.
- Address any customer concerns or inquiries promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the collection of payments from customers.
Essential Skills:
1. Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
2. Business Travel and Mobility:
- Willing to travel across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other regional offices to meet customers and external stakeholders.
3. Proactivity and Analytical Thinking:
- Pro-active, inquisitive, and analytical mindset to identify opportunities and solve problems effectively.
4. Relevant Work Experience:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Background in Civil Engineering or any Engineering discipline is advantageous but not required.
