This role will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reimbursements
  2. Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records
  3. Reconcile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  4. Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
  5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  9. Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
  10. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. CPA certification preferred
  3. 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  10. Experience in a professional services or corporate environment is a plus
