  • Skills: Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management; strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate future needs and make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging direct reports, peers, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization; demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
