The Head of Sales Support will be responsible for leading the sales support team and managing the CRM system to enhance sales operations and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.
This role requires strong leadership and team management skills. The individual will be responsible for monitoring organizational sales activities, including project pipelines, calculations, controlling, and analysis. They will also be responsible for ensuring proper handling and quality control of sales data using systems like Victori II.
