International Seller Acquisition and Management Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Seller OnboardingAssist new sellers in getting started with selling on Amazon, ensuring they meet their sales targets and have a successful experience.
2. Pipeline ManagementIdentify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of prospective sellers, understanding their needs and gauging fit with Amazon's Services product set.
3. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create compelling Amazon solutions that meet customer requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Educational Background: BA/BS degree preferred
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in eCommerce, B2B sales, online services, or retail industries
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skill in English, fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese
