Marriott Sales Team Lead

To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required). 4+ years of experience in hotel sales, event planning, or reservations.
- Sales & Customer Service Skills: Strong understanding of hotel sales processes and event planning. Ability to convert leads into bookings by promoting the hotel's event and meeting services.
- Technical & Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Marriott's booking and sales systems such as CI/TY (Sales & Catering System) and Opera (PMS System).
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
