As a Crm Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive marketing automation and customer lifecycle journeys. You'll work closely with the Electric Mobility Brand Marketing team to maintain and improve CRM operational efficiency integral to future growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement A/B testing of various content and creative deliverables to create optimization and enhancement opportunities.
  2. Measure and report performance of all CRM campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs).
  3. Perform extensive ongoing campaign analysis to find growth opportunities.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
  • 5-7 years relevant digital CRM experience.
  • Certification in Email/CRM Marketing and hands-on experience in reporting tools like BI will be an added advantage.
