About the Role

This Pre-Sales Engineer position requires an individual with excellent technical knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, including electrical and HVAC systems. The role involves working closely with the Sales team to provide technical support and guidance to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the development of proposals and tender responses for datacenter projects.
  2. Provide technical training and support to the sales team on datacenter product offerings.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of datacenter solutions.
  4. Engage with customers to understand their specific datacenter requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Presentation of datacenter solutions proposals to customers, highlighting potential benefits and advantages.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Relevant education in Mechanical/Electrical/DC Systems Engineering with HVAC qualification.
  • Project Management qualification/training.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in datacenter infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Demonstrate key mechanical and electrical competencies and theory.
