Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the installation of tracking and fleet management projects, ensuring accurate execution and timely completion.
  2. Provide Level 1 support to clients, addressing inquiries and technical issues with professionalism and expertise.
  3. Maintain customer accounts to ensure smooth operations, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  4. Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English to ensure clear information exchange, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  5. Streamline processes to improve team efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any IT field, demonstrating a solid foundation in computer science and related disciplines.
  • Good command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, allowing for efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, showcasing a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
