Job Description
As a Digital Account Manager at Ethos Interactive, you will play a key role in influencing changes in consumer behavior through creative and interactive media. You will work closely with our delivery team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive business results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tactical initiatives for client businesses, maintaining a focus on short-term deliverables while understanding long-term goals.
- Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, competitive intelligence analysis, and other follow-up items.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials needed for client meetings or demonstrations.
- Work with Account Directors to develop recommendations and strategic and tactical online marketing communication plans.
- Coordinate client/brand team meetings, including project kick-off meetings, weekly update meetings, and periodic update meetings with clients.
- Submit advertising/marketing campaign proposals, suggested concepts, and estimated budgets to clients for approval in conjunction with Account Directors.
Internal Focus
- Coordinate and participate in all internal client-related meetings, keeping on top of client projects and current status.
- Collaborate with the client engagement team and partners directly with project management to support client deliverables.
- Own/prioritize and complete internal and client projects according to schedule, updating client engagement leadership and relevant team members as needed.
- Understand the internal goals of the team and the business goals of the client.
- Support the client engagement team and overall business through activities such as pulling regular competitive and industry trend reports.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of advertising agency experience with solid experience in digital.
- Solid knowledge of digital advertising and Social Media (Google Analytics, Social Ads platforms).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment.
- The ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment.
- Good campaign analysis and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university required.
- Prior experience in an ad agency with digital projects is required.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- High attention to detail required.
- Strong time-management is a must.
