Job Description:
Ksau Hs is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, preparing correspondence and documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in identifying problems or factors inhibiting the effective accomplishments of department goals.
- Reviews all necessary requirements and ensures documents are completed prior to submission and implementation.
- Coordinates/follows up with colleges, departments, government offices, or agencies on related issues and makes necessary actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree – Essential
- Two (2) years of experience in an administrative related field – Essential
- English Language skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75%, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) – Essential
