Employment Services Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Employment Services Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and help us find the best talent for our organization.
This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to placing candidates in suitable positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition.
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels, including job platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
- Manage the interview process, coordinating logistics and facilitating communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Support new hires during their probation period, providing guidance and resources as needed.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to optimize our employment services.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or employment services, preferably in the events services industry.
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
