Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial and Matter Management:
  • Review and manage work in progress to support the matter billing process.
  • Create and amend invoices and time narratives.
  • Prepare WIP and ad-hoc financial reports for Partners, Finance Team, and Lawyers.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of client charge rates and other matter specific financial information.
  • Manage matter openings, updates, maintenance, and closures.
  • Utilize Elite 3E software.
Business Development Support:
  • Support the Business Development Manager.
  • Update the bid management system.
  • Coordinate client events.
Legal Administration:
  • Document amendment.
  • Prepare documents for pitches, marketing, events, and presentations.

Salary: SAR 20,000-25,000 per month.
