  7. Thought Leadership: Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our IT security solutions and establish thought leadership.
  8. Proposal Development: Support our sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) by providing technical expertise and contributing to the development of comprehensive and compelling proposals.
  9. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, fostering trust and credibility.
  10. Sales Collateral Development: Assist in the development of sales collateral, including white papers, solution briefs, and case studies, to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  2. Experience: Min. 8-10 years of relevant proven experience in IT security, pre-sales, or a related technical role, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
  3. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IT security principles, technologies, and best practices, including network security, endpoint protection, data loss prevention, encryption, vulnerability management, and identity and access management.
  4. Industry Regulations: Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  7. Product Demonstration: Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations.
  8. Self-Motivation: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  9. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto Networks PCNSE) are highly desirable.
