Join Parsons as a Senior Business Development Manager and take the lead in driving growth initiatives in the Jeddah / South West region of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies in partnership with operations, business development, and disciplinary management teams.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the development and preparation of major proposals, qualification statements, expressions of interest, presentations, and other business acquisition materials.
  • Responsible for market-specific partner identification and relationship building for execution of unique technical and engineering solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Business (or equivalent)
  • 15+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in a business development capacity
  • Demonstrated history of successful captures and proposal submissions
  • Advanced client relationships and ability to interface at all levels within client organizations
