**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish and maintain strong client connections through regular communication and effective solution provision.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the MisMar team, facilitating seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and sales growth, driving business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate contract and pricing arrangements, resulting in closed deals.
- Orient new clients, providing necessary training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales or as a Sales Account Manager.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management.
