Business Development Manager

As a Portfolio Manager at robusta, you will lead our project and portfolio management efforts to achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields, be certified as a PMP (Project Management Professional), and possess at least 5 years of experience in project or portfolio management.
We are seeking individuals with exceptional planning skills, contract management expertise, critical thinking and analysis abilities, and team leadership skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the portfolio, its projects, and their outputs to ensure regular project reporting and timely portfolio updates.
- Identifying and analyzing project challenges and developing mitigation strategies.
- Managing change processes and ensuring completion of necessary steps to align projects with our strategic direction.
