Enterprise Account Manager - LATAM CS Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our CS Sales team in Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services among our largest customers in the region.

Your primary focus will be on developing strategic relationships with C-level executives and driving engagement at the CXO level. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to develop and execute account coverage plans, ensuring consistent delivery on quarterly revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop Account Coverage Plans: Create and execute comprehensive account coverage plans to drive revenue growth and market share in defined accounts or industry verticals.
  2. Establish Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, driving engagement at the CXO level.
  3. Accelerate Customer Adoption: Engage with stakeholders across various industries to accelerate customer adoption of AWS services.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
Bonus Points
  • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business.
  • Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
