Job Description

The Client Services Partner (CSP) role is a critical position within our Global Services Presales function. As a CSP, you'll serve as a key partner to our sales team and customers, providing expert guidance and advice on our services portfolio.

Working closely with sales and delivery teams, you'll establish and shape desired customer outcomes, designing executable offerings to deliver value across the customer lifecycle. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to influence deals internally, and a deep understanding of our services portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating customer requirements discovery workshops
  • Pitching services aligned with customer objectives
  • Qualifying deals and setting the services sales strategy
  • Ensuring IFS proposals follow best practices and standards

As a CSP, you'll drive the services content of bids, underpinning documentation, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs). Collaboration with multiple contributors is essential, and you'll thrive in a deadline-driven environment, working across multiple functions and geographical locations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or pre-sales role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Competency in using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Gen AI for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes

Desirable qualifications include a university degree or equivalent professional qualifications in a relevant field, experience working with ERP, FSM, or EAM applications, and industry knowledge in one of IFS's 6 core industries.
