We're seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to oversee our customer and supplier relationships and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers, track key performance metrics, and create a collaborative environment that fosters sustained engagement and long-term presence on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to drive business growth and ensure effective product display and sales on our platform.
  • Analyze and optimize key supplier performance metrics to improve service levels and enhance overall platform experience.
  • Cultivate a collaborative relationship with suppliers to ensure sustained engagement and long-term presence on the platform.
  • Rapidly address and resolve supplier issues, escalating significant concerns to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and timely supplier payments, resolving any financial issues promptly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Nationality Saudi.
  • 1-3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle client issues effectively.
