Schneider Electric seeks an accomplished Senior Projects Sales Engineer to boost market share in the KSA region. Based in Riyadh, you will lead the Home & Distribution Business Unit in driving sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough project scans, focusing on residential developments in central areas.
  • Ensure successful prescription and sale of Schneider products within identified projects, prioritizing Home & Distribution scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and sell Home & Distribution solutions across all projects.
  • Nurture strong partnerships with distributors and suppliers to enhance sales efforts and access new projects.
  • Deliver expert technical and commercial support to customers based on project requirements and Schneider Electric's product portfolio.
  • Develop and present technical proposals/submittals in conjunction with the Presales team and partners.
  • Maximize connections with contractors and end-users through effective relationship management, driving increased market share.

This role demands exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, ensuring seamless deal closure and customer satisfaction.

A relevant engineering degree (Electrical preferred) and 3-5 years of experience in a similar position or 5 years in a sales/technical capacity are essential.
