Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as an Account Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify sales leads, scheduling appointments to present company products.
  • Convert prospects and qualified leads into revenue opportunities through strategic filtering.
  • Manage a designated sales territory, including account relationships, profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
  • Strategically negotiate with clients to close sales deals.
  • Produce and submit timely sales reports.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments on sales efforts.
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Drive demand generation, pipeline management, and opportunity closure.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product and service presentations.
  • Establish pricing and discount structures with management approval.
  • Utilize CRM to track and manage customer projects and interactions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 3-7+ years of proven software sales experience with a successful track record.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a history of exceeding goals.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry and ability to quickly learn product and solution details.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently with high integrity.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
  • Solid technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Self-motivated.
