We are seeking a seasoned Senior Projects Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the KSA market. Based in Riyadh, you will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager for Residential Segment and Projects Development – Home & Distribution Business Unit.

The Home & Distribution Business Unit is responsible for promoting Schneider products across all distribution segments and residential markets.

Your key focus areas include Final Distribution Panel, Wiring Devices, Isolators, home automation, Emergency Lighting, and E-Mobility Solutions.

As a Senior Projects Sales Engineer, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • To ensure comprehensive project scanning, especially in the central residential area.
  • To secure prescriptions and sales of Schneider Products in these projects, focusing on Home & Distribution scope.
  • To collaborate with sales teams from other segments to promote and sell Home & Distribution scope across all projects.
  • To foster strong relationships with our distribution network and partners, leveraging them to facilitate sales and approach new projects.
  • To provide customers with full technical and commercial support according to project specifications and our portfolio.
  • To prepare technical offers/submittals in cooperation with the Presales team and our partners.
  • To maximize contractor/end-user connections through strategic relationship utilization, thereby increasing market share.

You will be expected to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

We require a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Electrical preferred) and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role or 5 years in front-office positions requiring both sales and technical competencies.
