We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on behalf of one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. As HRBP, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partnering with leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with business leaders to understand their objectives and developing HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  2. Leading talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  3. Providing guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  4. Collaborating with leaders to identify training and development needs and implementing effective learning and development programs.
  5. Facilitating organizational change initiatives and managing the communication and transition process.
  6. Ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and in alignment with company values and culture.
  7. Staying updated on HR trends and best practices, and proactively recommending improvements to HR programs and processes.
  8. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong knowledge of Payroll processing, HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  7. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
