In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining documents for multiple projects. This includes creating, signing, and storing documents in a secure and organized manner.
Responsibilities:- Manage document flow and ensure timely delivery of documents.
- Store and back up documents regularly.
- Edit or draft documents, including checking signatures and dates.
- Implement and maintain a consistent filing system.
- Use ACONEX Document Management System.
- Co-ordinate with other departments and teams to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
