  • Maintain accurate records of breakdown time, spares, tools, and manpower deployed for each breakdown, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Enter data related to fuel consumption and spare parts consumption, enabling the company to optimize resource allocation.
  • Consult with Foremen/Assistant Managers for equipment problems and diagnosis, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor employee timesheets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain stationery required for the Workshop office and the Workshop, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Fill in daily equipment data, providing valuable insights for maintenance and repair planning.
  • Prepare monthly costing reports in consultation with the Workshop Manager or Assistant Workshop Manager, enabling informed business decisions.
  • Perform SAP-related activities on the computer pertaining to Workshop Operations, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
  • Make reservations to issue materials from stores, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
  • Perform other jobs as requested, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Understand and follow the organizational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) policies, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Follow safety instructions related to their jobs, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Report damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to concerned staff, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility.
  • Keep provided PPEs in good, workable condition, ensuring personal safety and well-being.
  • Avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities, maintaining a professional and respectful work environment.
  • Report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the concerned responsible, facilitating prompt response and resolution.
  • Attend safety training planned for them, enhancing knowledge and skills in HS&E practices.
  • Have the right to say 'NO' to any unsafe work, prioritizing personal safety and well-being.
