About the Role

We are seeking a Client Engagement and Revenue Strategist to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the downstream oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive account strategies to drive business growth and ensure strong engagement with clients.
  2. Leverage deep market knowledge and personal connections within oil marketing companies to drive sales and establish long-term relationships.
  3. Identify new opportunities and successfully sell automation solutions to end clients in the downstream Oil & Gas sector across the region.
  4. Work closely with internal product teams to create project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and manage teams effectively.
  5. Ensure an outstanding Total Customer Experience (TCE) across all managed accounts, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  6. Formalize account relationships, address all products and solutions, and implement a growth strategy to maximize customer share across assigned territories.
  7. Track payment milestones and proactively follow up with multiple clients to ensure timely payments.
  8. Utilize Salesforce.com and other systems to streamline lead generation, opportunity tracking, and deal registration for operational efficiency.
  9. Stay up to date with the product portfolio, industry advancements, and domain expertise to provide valuable insights to clients.
  10. Enhance market presence and strengthen brand recognition in Saudi Arabia through strategic initiatives.
  11. Actively contribute to a positive, cooperative, and results-driven team environment.
