Our Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team leader who can drive our hiring process forward. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment cycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new recruiting procedures.
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Implement new sourcing methods.
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
  • Research and choose job advertising options.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.

Qualifications:

Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue; English - Fluent / Excellent; Any car ownership or driving license is acceptable.

Working Conditions:

Job Location: Saudi Arabia; 2 days off per week; paid annual leave and public vacations according to Saudi Labour law.
