About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Strategic Manager to join our Jurong International team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies for the infrastructure and energy sectors, aligned with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive regional business plans, prioritizing strategic initiatives and driving regional growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential markets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize strategic objectives and drive regional business performance.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure and energy domains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, private sector clients, and strategic partners.
  • Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and presentations for clients.

Operational Excellence:

  • Analyze project and portfolio performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on resource allocation to maximize profitability and project delivery efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and enhance service offerings.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a key liaison between the Middle East region and Jurong International's global leadership.
  • Represent the organization in regional conferences, forums, and industry events.
  • Foster partnerships with local entities to enhance knowledge transfer and capacity building.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and competitor activities in the Middle East.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure and energy sectors, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure development, renewable energy, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven track record in business development and managing large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
