About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will support the Managing Principal Europe and MENA in driving Business Development for the firm across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Collaborate with the Managing Principals on submission preparations;
- Coordinate tender submissions and maintain a database of project information;
- Research and identify business development opportunities;
- Perform other duties as required.
- Degree educated or relevant industry experience;
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and converting opportunities;
- Desirable: previous experience in the architectural industry;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Commercial acumen and ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
