Müller's Solutions is looking for a results-driven Business Development Lead to drive sales growth and expansion in the Manpower Outsourcing division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
  • Sales Team Management: Oversee a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Reporting: Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management with a focus on manpower outsourcing or recruitment services
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
