The Project

This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. The project involves major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is providing programme management services and is looking for high-calibre, experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Your Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for preparing, coordinating and managing all activities related to review/validate SOW, manage the pre- and post-bidding process that includes contract pre-award, award, technical and commercial evaluations.

You'll also oversee post-contract activities, such as extensions, terminations, amendments, change orders, and disputes (if any).

In addition, you'll provide procurement/contracting awareness and guidance to non-procurement staff within the line of business, assisting in drafting and developing client suite of templates in coordination with the client's legal team and relevant stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

">

You'll need to have a relevant degree qualification, professional membership, necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.

You'll also have a strong background in procuring, negotiation and placing large and complex packages, ability to navigate through complex procurement routes.

About You

You'll be responsible for mentoring and training the procurement team (new joiners), sharing knowledge and experience, and providing support and advice to develop their skills and uplift the team's capabilities.
