Job Details

  • As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing business strategies to expand Khibraty's operations.
  • You will oversee the RFP process, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services, monitoring vendor performance, and refining our vendor engagement strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business plans, reports, and forecasts to optimize Khibraty's performance and maximize opportunities.
  2. Leverage your expertise in RFP management, vendor relations, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth.
  3. Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  4. Oversee the effective delivery of business activities, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving results.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels and departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. A master's degree is desirable.
