Job Details
- As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing business strategies to expand Khibraty's operations.
- You will oversee the RFP process, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services, monitoring vendor performance, and refining our vendor engagement strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans, reports, and forecasts to optimize Khibraty's performance and maximize opportunities.
- Leverage your expertise in RFP management, vendor relations, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the effective delivery of business activities, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving results.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement principles.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels and departments.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. A master's degree is desirable.
