Key Responsibilities:

  2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for all program-related escalations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, commercial teams, and supporting functions like Quality and regulatory bodies.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in market development, program management, and/or business strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
