Role Overview

The Marketing Manager - Transactions position at Bayut requires a marketing expert who can develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive sales and product adoption.

You will collaborate closely with our Transactions Sales Department to achieve commercial objectives and lead the development, implementation, and execution of events, PR, creative, and social media marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the transactions marketing team within our marketing and communications department.
  • Support the transactions departments in achieving commercial objectives.
  • Assign roles and targets to team members.
  • Manage budgets to optimize value and efficiency.
  • Lead sales events and collaborate with performance marketing teams for effective campaign execution.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive sales.
  • Lead our in-house creative/design team for Bayut.
  • Conduct social media audits for the competitive landscape.
  • Research new marketing platforms and creative mediums to meet commercial goals.
  • Manage PR for positive brand presence for all transaction accounts.
  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships with relevant media outlets.
  • Track and report performance to top management.
  • Participate in special projects given by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, or public relations are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably in real estate, e-commerce, or technology.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing marketing campaigns and events that drive sales and product adoption.
  • Experience in setting up and managing marketing or communications departments, including building and leading teams.
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, campaigns, and competitive audits.
  • Strong background in public relations, including building relationships with media outlets and managing PR campaigns.
  • Budget management experience to ensure cost-efficient marketing operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing communication strategies, brand management, and creative processes.
  • Proficiency in social media management, including platform-specific strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with digital performance marketing metrics and campaign execution techniques.
  • Knowledge of PR best practices and media landscape in the region.
  • Understanding of emerging marketing platforms, trends, and technologies.
  • Expertise in creative strategy development and in-house creative team management.
  • Insights into commercial objectives and the role of marketing in achieving them.
