About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Pervasive Sensing Technology growth initiatives in the West Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development activities and growing our Industrial Wireless Solutions business within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the West Region.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Product Approval: Drive product and factory approval processes within identified key accounts to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support to regional sales individuals and local business partners across the West Region.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business development strategies.
  • Marketing Activities: Develop and execute marketing activities to promote our Industrial Wireless Solutions business and drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Participate in developing and executing sales strategies for projects, maintaining an accurate project funnel and providing regular reports to the Regional Director.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience within the process control industry, with a track record of growing business and a strong understanding of industrial wireless standards.
  • Education: Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication (preferable) with relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Strong coordination and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
